Zac has made his way up to El Salvador at this point. In a recent phone call, he told me that he caught a spider monkey in Nicaragua, which bit him. A quick trip to the emergency room, aka- the only doctor in town’s house, 15 or so stitches administered by the doctor’s wife and he was ready to go. PInts of vodka for $2.50 American? If you’ve only known Zac for a good five minutes, you know that this is a deadly combo. Zac finally found a computer where he could upload photos from his digi, so here’s a few sick pics that came along with this email:
Corridas de Torros, or Costa Rican bullfights are fucking crazy. Its basically a few hundred drunk ticos running around a ring trying to make an angry bull even angrier while not getting gored in the process.

…but I am a little disappointed. There was only one response to the question posted the other day. The title of the post was a lyric from the Elivs Costello song “I’m not Angry”. Although the one response from homie Marc Hugo was indeed the correct one, it is saddening indeed that ya’ll ain’t knowin about Elvis. Back in the day when he got signed, the label said “If he didn’t already exist, we would’ve created him!”, or something like that. One of the greats for sure…

I got a package in the mail from Adam Roye with an issue of his zine, Cult, with a t-shirt and stickers and some other rad goodies. The zine is full of some dope stuff like the state of print media, photos of Beavis and Butthead tattoos, Austin graffiti and Chase Hawk taking bong rips. It’s even bound together by hand with a needle and thread. How sick is that? Pick one up at Empire or on Adam’s site.
