Zac has made it back to American soil safe and sound. He said at the airport in Mexico, there was a crazy machine that could scan your body and measure your temperature with an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees. Zac Costa signature respirator masks coming soon…?
Oh and the new issue of DIG is out from what I’ve heard, we’re shining pretty fuckin’ hard in the Costa Rica article. I’m off to go pick up a copy myself…

Spring has sprung and the birds are out. Proof comes from a sighting of Sarah Jessica Parker at the coffee shop by Colby Kanawah, followed by Jake meeting Drew Barrymore in the checkout line he works at Whole Foods, while she purchased nothing but a box of tampons. No comment as to whether they were jumbo size or not…
oh ya and Steven Spielberg came into Cubby’s bike shop to get meter change to park his Porsche.

KEP and myself just got back home from a Giants game tonight where they stuck it to the Dodgers with a 5-4 victory at home. We had some beers (one of which Cubby spilled on the dude in front of us after getting excited over a crucial giants 4-5-3 double play…it was cool, he was a Dodgers fan…) and passed out a bunch of stickers for our new little venture, dodgerhater.net.
Maybe we had some good luck from the ticket that Cubby got for his whip at the AT&T park bike valet. If you don’t understand, start listening to the Misfits immediately…

Rory is on his way to Cali and it’s his first time riding on an airplane. I always put in work at the airport bar before boarding to take the edge off myself, and those nyquil pills they sell at the news stand stores work wonders as well…

So, Phil Spector (legendary music producer who worked with the beatles, the ramones, ike and tina, etc and inventor of the “wall of sound” production technique) got convicted of murder the other day, for the 2003 shooting death of his girl, Lana Clarkson. Does this look like the crazy type of guy that would shoot someone? Naaaaaaaa…

So i’ve been sitting on some of these costa rica pics awhile. i’m still holding out on a few b/c of publications, etc. but i figured i could let some of these outta the bag. i shot all of these with Tmax 400 through a shitty point and shoot Vivitar that i bought at a thrift store for about $3.
